**PAST**
It's been several seasons past the forest fire that swept through the forest, destroying everything in its path. The Clans had split up into several different groups taking off into many different directions. Many warriors were destroyed by the hungry flames of the fire, the population of cats in the forest decreased quickly. Those warriors that did survive fled off, away from the forest or were rescued by a young, brave creamy ticked tabby she-cat who went by the name Berry.
The loner had just been fleeing from the scorching flames lapping at her tail when she heard the cries of many felines. Her first instinct was to jump into the river only a fox-length away, her second was to help those warriors. Jumping up, the flames caught her tail alight. She let out a yowl of pain as she came crashing down into the river, water spraying up in every direction around her. Her emerald-hued gaze caught sight of several cats huddled up by the river's edge, eyeing the water as the flames crept up. She let out a call, "Jump!" just as the flames got a mouse-length away. The few cats then looked to her ad back at the flames, eyes full of fear, they jumped into the water.
Berry lead many warriors away from the fire, where she knew of an abandoned barn. She had found many cats still surviving, surprisingly enough. When they arrived, they settled in the dark, musty barn. Over time they would grow used to the barn, awaiting the day to return to the forest. Many of the cats praised Berry, making her feel welcomed among them. Several of the leaders even offered her to join their Clans.
Moons later, Berry had joined one of the Clans, RippleClan, of a dying leader and was appointed deputy not long after the deputy before had died from the effect of the fire. She was honored and accepted the duty. She promised the Clans she'd get them back to the forest soon enough, but now was not the time. The Clans grew close to them over time, though there were the few who still despised each other. She received the name Berrywhisker, now claiming she was a true Clan cat. It wasn't but a season later though did the leader lose his last life. Berrywhisker had formerly been a Clan, so she knew of most everything within the Clans.
A whole season later, she decided to return the cats to their former home. The damage was terrible. Ashes filled the forest, 99% of the forest was burned. Though, there were many patches of new life among the forest. They decided they'd work together to repair the forest back to it's past. Two moons later they had repaired their camps. The Clans were short on warriors and they decided to split them up. They'd try evening it out. There were three Clans; AshClan, RippleClan, and OakClan.
**FUTURE**
It wasn't long then did a plague sweep through the forest, most cats who got sick died. The prey was being poisoned and their homes were always being threaten by twolegs. At a Gathering one day, they decided the three leaders would meet at Moonstone the next day at moonhigh. They would discuss with StarClan about the happenings. And so they did. StarClan had decided they must combine into two Clans and leave the forest in search of a new home. They weren't exactly sure how all this would work out, but they decided to leave the next moon. Next moon, the three Clans met up at Gathering place. It was decided that RippleClan and AshClan would be the only Clans remaining. OakClan would split warriors up into the other two Clans.
OakClan's leader, Silverstar, had been killed in her own territory by a rogue. She was on her last life and the rogue, known as Hawk, took that life away. He then gained several followers from the Clans when the Clans parted from their home in search of a new one. They took part of the forest the Clans decided was to dangerous. The Clans named the forest The Forbidden Forest and the band of rogues took the name of Forbidden Warriors. The Clans despised them, and they despised the Clans.
The Forbidden Warriors team up with City Cats like them, malign felines. They threaten to take the forest over for themselves. AshClan and RippleClan team together, knowing the warriors' plans and afraid they could attack at any moment. The two Clans stick close together. One day, the Forbidden Warrior and City Cats come in and meet them on their territory and the largest battle breaks out. Will the two Clans survive the war, though? Or will the Lost Clans of the Forest Fire vanish forever?
